I finished CP3 and also I was very dissapointed with the book even though the book ended good. I found that it was just a bunch of info about right now and not about how he got to where he his today. I really enjoyed that it ended with some inspirational quotes from him about why to stay out of trouble and why baskeball can help you do that. I can connect that to my life because I may have gotten in a lot more trouble in school ifi didn't do sports. I predict that Chris may make another book if he gets inducted into the hall-of-fame when he retires.

Almost done CP3
I almost finished the chris paul book and they did not talk about the driveby shooting. They talked about what his coaches, teams, and parents did for him. His parents are very supportive of his basketball and feel that he deserves to be great because he worked so hard his whole life. I can connect that to my life because my parents are always involved in all the sports i do. I can connect that to the world to because there are many NBA great players that worked very hard and supportive parents.

CP3 continued
I predict that in the future they'll talk about when Chris was in high school and some of his friends were shot in a driveby shooting and how that affected his basketball career. I can also visualize his reaction when he was informed about his friends getting shot.

Near Death in the Mountains
I kept reading Near Death in the Mountains and this time I read some stories about a mountain named the White Spider. This mountain is so dangerous that hardly anybody has ever come back alive from the climb. These climbers were going to climb this mountain but there bags didn't get packed because the bags were to big so they just went up without bags and a storm caught them halfway up so they were stranded on the White Spider. They have to do stuff that is incredible like make a tent, a fire, and equipment that will help them climb this mountain. I think that this can connect to the world because I've seen people on TV talking about exactly this situation.

Minus 148 (True Story)
I read a chapter in this book called Near Death in The Mountains and it talked about these 8 mountain climbers that were trying to climb the coldest mountain in the world, in the middle of winter. Within minutes one climber Franie dies as he falls down the mountain and the other climbers try to revive him but they can't and with their spirits crushed they try to climb back up the mountain. I could just picture one my friends falling to their death and as much as i tried i couldn't save them.

Right now i'm at the point we're the two boys are in the middle of the tournament and they are both feeling pressure so, they're doing bad. But when they see there grandpa cheering them from a distance their feeling pick up and they take the lead in the tournament. The older brother is the better one but the little brother is doing phenomanol and will probalbly beat everybody the way he's playing. I think that in the future the young boy will want to win so bad that he'll do anything to win

The Schoolboy by Tony Rosa
that's the book i'm reading, its about a poor young boy and his little brother who become interested in the game of golf. With the help of their grandfather who happens to be an incredibly good golfer they both start to be very good themselves. As a child their grandfather entered a local tournament and won multiple times and noticing their potential he signs both of them up for that same tournament. I can connect my life to them because i play golf too and I have played in tournaments. They both enter the tournament and meet some interesting people, some good and some bad and are starting to realize sportsmanship.

Some books are too short but they still catch my attention, like a book about Kobe Bryant it was short but informational and amusing. I looked for books again today, still nothing spectacular but i'll find a book sooner or later.

What I might choose
I'm thinking of getting a sports biography maybe about a basketball player and i hope it turns out to be an interesting book to read.
